The owner Jamie has worked in the industry for almost a decade, he started out as a counter assistant and moved up to frying and from there fell in love with the trade. Jamie stumbled across the opportunity to take over Redcloak fish bar and jumped at the chance. This gave him the opportunity to put his spin on fish and chips and keep working in the industry he loves, his passion is shown through the quality of the food and the awards he has already won….with many more to come.
